Return and Refund Policy

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Northern Lights Wellness does not offer refunds on products, medications, supplements, peptides, laboratory testing, memberships, packages, gift cards, or services.

Due to the medical nature of our treatments and the handling requirements of many products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item once it has been purchased or dispensed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt so we can review the issue and, if appropriate, provide a replacement at our discretion.

Appointments canceled outside of our cancellation policy may be subject to cancellation fees. Fees for completed medical services, consultations, IV therapy, injections, ketamine therapy, hormone optimization, weight loss programs, laboratory testing, and other treatments are non-refundable.
